A green field project initiated amidst the pandemic for a joint venture of Aditya Birla Insulators and MR group of Germany. The project was completed in about 24 months including a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility along with their administration block. The planning of facilities comprising of PEB and RCC structure was a mammoth task during pandemic. The glass facade for the admin block brings in more light for the offices on both floors. The landscape around is kept simple with a small provision for outdoor townhall executive meetings.
