The house was designed on an existing built form, with a family of 4 and potential of growing two folds in coming years. The brief allowed to Design, a ground plus two structure, from scratch, with privileged room sizes, breaks stigma of "small boxes" for rooms in a typical builder ’s development scheme . This collaboration with client, being the structural engineer lead to the harmony of space planning and engineering.
